The company Karac LLC is a company from the wood industry, which operates in the area of the city of Laktasi - the Aleksandrovac industrial zone. We are located in the western part of the Republic of Srpska on the M16 highway between Banja Luka and Gradiska. Banja Luka International Airport is only 4 kilometers away, and the Gradiska border crossing is 23 kilometers away.
The main activity of the company is the production of pellets, which is one hundred percent of the company's total range. By developing long-term relations, we ensured a stable export of pellets to EU countries. We export approximately 50% of our products to the countries of the European Union, while 50% are intended for the domestic market. Our tradition in wood processing is over 27 years long. As raw material, we use domestic natural resources, which are renewable. The growth and development of the company is continuously accompanied by investment in the purchase of new equipment, machines and the reconstruction of existing capacities. Our production takes place in modern production facilities that guarantee the highest product quality.
In order to meet the conditions prevailing on the international market and to ensure successful business and survival in the demanding market, we actively monitor trends in the certification of wood products. We have the ENplus certificate, which is a quality standard established by the European Pellet Council, and its purpose is to ensure high quality pellets and protect consumers from low-quality products. Our products are also marked with the FSC ® certificate (Forest Stewardship Council ® ), which is an international standard for sustainable forest management and trade in forest products.
